When will I arrive/depart?
Plan to arrive Monday afternoon (Sept 1) and depart Thursday after check-out
If you register but are unable to attend, for any reason, you may sell your space on your own and incur a $100 transfer fee before the final payment is charged. Please note all monies paid are transferable with a $100 transfer fee but NOT refundable. Bent in Bend assumes no responsibility for finding replacements for any attendee, you must find your own replacement in the event of cancellation.
